MAWS - Montana Association of Weavers and Spinners
VENDORS

You are invited to apply as a vendor for the 2026 Montana Association of Weavers & Spinners (MAWS) Conference to be held on the University of Montana campus in Missoula, Montana, June 16-21, 2026. We are offering a limited number of vendor spaces in the North Ballroom in the University Center from June 18-20. This selling and educational opportunity will showcase a variety of quality goods and services in the world of fiber arts.

Vendor spaces, which are 10’x10’, will be in the heart of activities, where Spin-Ins, demonstrations and other events will take place. The Vendor area will be open to the public to maximize exposure to your products and will be secured after each day’s activities. We encourage local/regional fiber related businesses and organizations to participate, as well as out of state vendors.

The North Ballroom has windows for natural lighting and accessible loading/unloading. Each booth is supplied with one 6’ table and 2 chairs. Other display needs such as canopy, table or back drapes will be vendor responsibility, and are optional. Electricity and Wifi are available at no additional charge.

Price per 10’x10’ space is $150 by March 15, 2026, and $175 after March 15, 2026. Refunds, minus $50, will be given for cancellations prior to May 15, 2026. Do NOT send payment with your application, you will be invoiced if accepted.

Two recent photos of your products and one photo of your booth set up are required, emailed in .jpeg format to Leslie (see below). Hard copy prints may, instead, be sent with your application. Product photos can show a grouping of items or individual items.

Applications are now being accepted. See LAST page for application form. Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted, subject to space availability. We anticipate a good response to this vendor invitation, and encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible to ensure a timely notification. But feel free to apply up until April 2026!

We will strive to honor your preferences, as noted on the application, but the committee reserves the right to make final booth assignments.

A door prize donation, minimum value $15 is required from each vendor and donors will be listed. We will be awarding “Vendor Bucks” for judged events and door prizes to promote shopping at your booths. These will be reimbursed by MAWS.

Inexpensive Dorm Rooms will be available for lodging, if desired, and lunches may be purchased. Pricing, etc will be on the registration website. No animals are allowed into the conference other than service animals.

NOTE: Vendors will be able to sign up for a class on the MAWS Conference website when that becomes available. You will be responsible for finding someone to cover your booth!
