• In ticketing block add 1

  • Enter your name and email address

  • Click continue

• In the pre conference block chose an option

  • Click continue

• In the Attending Conference block chose an option, you can make a change by clicking “edit selection”

  • Click continue

• In the Aug 2 workshop block chose one full day workshop or the skip option

  • PLEASE NOTE: PAINTING TWO WARPS AND WEAVING THEM AS ONE IS A 2 DAY WORKSHOP AND YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THE SECOND DAY!

  • PLEASE NOTE: NEEDLE FELTED FROGGY LILYPAD CUP COASTER IS A 1 AND A HALF DAY WORKSHOP AND YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR BOTH! YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF SELECTING AN AFTERNOON HALF DAY WORKSHOP ON AUG 3 TO FILL YOUR DAY.

• In the Aug 3 workshop block chose 1 full day workshop or the skip option

• In the Aug 3 half day workshop block if you are taking half day workshops chose 1 morning and 1 afternoon workshop

  • Click continue

• In the lunch and dinner block chose your meals

  • Click continue

• In the post-conference block chose your post conference workshop(s)

PLEASE NOTE ALL REGISTRATION AND CREDIT CARDS FEES ARE BEING PASSED THROUGH TO CONFERENCE ATTENDEES. THESE FEES ARE THE FEES CHARGED BY RSVPify AND STRIPE, THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY. THE FEES ARE CALCULATED ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CHARGES FOR YOUR REGISTRATION.

CANCELLATION POLICY: REGISTRATIONS CANCELED PRIOR TO JUNE 1, 2024 WILL RECEIVE A 70% REGISTRATION REFUND, 100% MEAL REFUND AND A 70% PRE AND POST CONFERENCE WORKSHOP REFUND. FEES CHARGED BY RSVPify AND STRIPE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. CANCELATIONS AFTER JUNE 1, 2024 WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
