Conference Pricing and Scholarships

Conference Pricing

Our steering committee worked hard to create a high-quality conference while keeping the price as
reasonable as possible. Register by June 15 and enjoy all three days of activities including two days of
workshops for $255 for MAWS members. This pricing includes the Sunday Fashion Show Brunch. We will offer optional lunch and dinner buffets on Friday and Saturday.

• For more in-depth learning, we offer three post-conference workshops.

1. Kate Larson’s half day Sunday workshop for $50

2. Kate Larson’s 2 day workshop for $150

3. Denise Kovnat’s 2.5 day workshop for $190.

• On Thursday before the conference officially starts, we will offer two $45 classes, Beginning Weaving and Beginning Spinning, limited to 6 students each. If students don’t have a loom or wheel, loaners are available for these two classes.

 

Please note: to help keep the cost of the conference low our RSVP software will add the actual cost of
registration and credit card fees to your registration.
 

On June 16, conference registration fees increase by $20.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY: REGISTRATIONS CANCELED PRIOR TO JUNE 1, 2024 WILL RECEIVE A 70%
REGISTRATION REFUND, 100% MEAL REFUND AND A 70% PRE AND POST CONFERENCE WORKSHOP
REFUND. FEES CHARGED BY RSVPify AND STRIPE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. CANCELATIONS AFTER
JUNE 1, 2024 WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
 

Scholarships applications are closed.
